Shipping Policy
1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website for print-on-demand posters supplied on a dropshipping basis to customers in the United Kingdom.
As all products are made to order, shipping times differ from standard retail delivery and include both production and delivery stages.
This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Order Processing & Production
All posters are printed on demand after an order is placed.
- Production time: typically 2–5 working days
- Orders are not produced until payment has been successfully received
- Production times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control
Once production is complete, the order is handed to our delivery partner for shipment.
3. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Delivery time estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Order size and weight
- Delivery method selected
- Delivery address
All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
6. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Where available, tracking information will be provided to allow you to monitor delivery progress.
7. Split Deliveries
Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate shipments depending on production schedules and fulfilment locations. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split deliveries.
8. Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped within the UK. No customs duties or import taxes are payable by UK customers.
9. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate and complete.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete address;
- failure to collect the order from a delivery point;
- refusal to accept delivery;
we reserve the right to charge for re-shipping or cancel the order and issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
10. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the delivery partner.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
11. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with consumer law.
12. Print-on-Demand & Consumer Rights
Because our posters are printed on demand, they are considered custom-made goods.
This means the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
